A filling, high protein, low fat salad that comes in at approximately 522 calories. Very tasty and quick!

Bare Naked Protein Noodles (52 calories a bag)

Venison grill steak

Box of salad ( I went with one that includes edamame beans) 💪

Hot sauce to taste


1 tbsn of barbecue sauce

1 tbsn of ketchup

1 tsp of 5 spice


1/2 tbsn of seasame oil

1 tbsn of light soya sauce

1 tbsn of mirin

1 tsp of sesame seeds

1/2 tsp of chilli oil

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of onion powder


Coat grill steak in marinade and grill slowly until cooked. Open noodles, rinse as directed. Heat noodles in Wok with half the dressing for 3 mins. Arrange salad on plate and drizzle remaining dressing over. Cut meat in bite-size pieces and toss into noodles. Arrange meat and noodles over salad, drizzle with hot sauce as desired. Yum!
