This is barely a recipe, but utterly delicious. Black pudding is a good source of iron for anyone needing a top up.
The secret of course, is getting good quality black pudding. I got mine from Patricks of Camelon (link below, not a paid advertisement), I can also recommend their lorne sausage and steak pies.
2 slices of black pudding
3 hash browns
salt & pepper to taste
Cook hash browns, I deep fried mine in my wok. Fry black pudding. Poach eggs, see my method in link below. Salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
