Lovely seasonal easy recipe, that’s a wee bit different and somehow luxurious. I had served with some tortellini I had in my freezer, but just as decadent with spaghetti.


Cup of walnuts

Cup of half fresh sage and half fresh parsley

About 1 tbsn of Olive oil but judge by consistency

2 tbsn of Parmesan

Chilli flakes to taste

2 tsp of garlic paste


I used a food processor, bung it all in, apart from the oil and whiz. Slowly pouring oil in to get correct pesto consistency.

Mix into cooked pasta, add more parmesan and chilli to taste. 😘
