Great for a fast day! Approx. 250 calories. Quick and easy. It’s ridiculously simple, and the only reason I have posted about it is to share how easy it is!

Sometimes, when your trying to reduce calorie intake or following a fasting plan, it can be challenging to think of low calorie meals, so thought it may be helpful, sometimes everyone just needs a bit of inspiration.

Ingredients

Bowl of mixed salad

Can of tuna steak in spring water

Caesar dressing

1 tsp of parmesan

Black pepper

Method

Open can of tuna, drain and flake on salad leaves. Drizzle dressing over ingredients. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Add black pepper to taste. Easiest salad ever!
