So, if you get sick of eating my last recipe cause you make a big batch, like I did.


One good way to shake it up is by making the casserole into fritters.

All you need to do is put a portion of the casserole into a bowl and mash. Mix a beaten egg (1 should be enough but judge accordingly). Then spoon some of the mix onto a plate of bread crumbs and cover. I didn’t refrigerate but probably best if you do, however not necessary. Shape into balls or fritters and deep fry – I used my Wok.

Serve with salad and sauce as desired. Easy!πŸ‡²πŸ‡½
