Deliciously decadant. Excellent use of stale croissants. Serve with coffee.
1 All Butter Croissant
2 slices of smoked bacon (I like mine crispy)
2 table spoons of full fat cream cheese
2 scrambled eggs
Pepper and parmesan to tasteHalf a croissant and toast on both sides. Smother each warm half with cream cheese. Add a slice of crispy bacon in each half. Add fluffy scrambled eggs – seasoned with black pepper and parmesan. Approx. 580 calories well spent in the pleasure of eating this brunch.
