Ingredients

Cooked chicken breast

2 rashers of bacon

Bowl of salad

1 tbsp of french dressing

1 tsp of coconut oil

1 tbsp of regae regae sauce

1 tsp of jerk seasoning

Method

Fry bacon – no oil needed. Cube chicken and mix sauce & seasoning. Once bacon cooked, snip into strips with scissors.

In same pan as cooked bacon, add coconut oil. Once melted, add chicken and cook for 5 minutes till crispy. Arrange salad in bowl and drizzle dressing over leaves. Scatter bacon and chicken. Done.
