Great way to get more fish and veggies in your diet. Any fish can go in this recipe. Can have on own as a low carb meal or with bread or rice. Loving the fishes right now. Approx calories 250. The below makes four servings.

Ingredients

2 frozen tuna steaks

2 frozen cod steaks

Cup of frozen peppers

Cup of frozen onions

Cup of frozen spinach

2 cans of plum tomatoes

1 tbsn of olive oil

1 tsp of smoked paprika

1 tsp of thyme

1 tsp of oregano

2 tsp of chopped garlic

Tin of borletti beans (any beans would do though)

Sugar, salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Heat oil in a dutch oven. Add ingredients. Cook for about 30-45 minutes on low until fish is cooked and ingredients have married. Check seasoning. Add tinned beans. Cook on low for 5/10 mins. Done.

Add hot sauce/chilli flakes as desired.
