Bit of a variation on a meatball dish. Approx. 580 calories with mash.

Ingredients

Packet of venison meatballs

2 cans of plum tomatoes mashed

2 tbsn of tomato puree

1 tbsn of olive oil

2 tsp of garlic

1 level tsp of all spice

1 – 2 tsp of parsley

0.5 tsp of black pepper

4 juniper berries

1 tsp of brown sugar

Parmesan rind

Method

Combined all ingredients in casserole dish with lid. Cook in oven at 170 degrees for approx. 90 mins. Remove parmesan rind and juniper berries. Goes well with mash potato. Add dome chilli flakes if you like some heat.
