Yummy yummy. Quick. Low cal. High Protein.

I’m going to be making lots of variations of this for my new healthy eating weight loss journey. Would be amazing with King Prawns. Approx. 402 calories.


2 small cooked chicken breasts

1 tsp of olive oil

1 tsp of cajun spice

Light soya sauce to taste

Hot sauce to taste

Cup of frozen spinach

Half a cup of frozen onions

Cup of frozen peppers

Half a courgette


Cook frozen veg in oil for 5 minutes. I used a Wok. Chop chicken and slice courgette. Add to pan. Add spices and seasonings. Cook for another 5 minutes or so. Done!
