Frozen breaded cod
2 eggs & dash of milk
Frozen peppers & onions
1 tsp of Olive oil
1 – 2 tsp of Cajun spice
1 tsp of parmesan
Drizzle of Hot sauce
Pop fish in oven and cook as directed. Fry vegetables in olive oil and some cajun spice until caramelised. Scramble eggs &milk with cajun spice. Add parmesan to eggs once cooked. Put together – add black pepper & hit sauce to taste.
Boom – yummy high protein breakfast before that epic gym session.
