Quick and easy midweek dinner. I made mine Sunday night after dinner. Portioned out enough for a few meals this week and some for my freezer food bank.

Ingredients

2 x 500g jars of Bolognaise sauce

700g of beef meatballs

1.25 tsp of cumin

4 tsp of dried oregano

2 tsp of chopped garlic

1 tbsp of olive oil

Method

Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours. Serve with mash, rice, a salad and sprinkle with some feta. Can even make meatball subs or pitta’s. Yum yum yum.
