Fancied a veg fest pasta dish for lunch tomo. So knocked this up. Was amazeballs!

Ingredients

Bowl of frozen broccoli

Bowl of frozen peppers

Bowl of frozen mushrooms

Bowl of frozen onions

2 tbsn of red pesto

Sprinkle of chilli flakes

Cup of milk

2 desert spoons of Philadelphia cheese

250g of dried pasta

Handful of pine nuts

4 cheese slices

Parmesan to taste

Can of cannellini beans

2 desert spoons of bisto cheese sauce

Method

Fry peppers, mushrooms and onions. Boil broccoli. Add to large bowl with beans, pine nuts and chilli flakes. Boil pasta as per instructions. Add milk, cheese sauce granules, cream cheese and pesto to a small pot and whisk over a low heat until thickened. Add pasta and sauce to bowl of ingredients and mix. Pour into baking dish. Add cheese and parmesan, bake in 180 degree Celsius oven until cheese golden.
