This is a lazy mama’s easy peasey recipe for a big batch of pasta for tired days. I’m tired today. I know, another pasta recipe. I make ALOT of pasta. Its great for lunches and keeps me from going to the canteen and spending money.

Ingredients

300g jar of salsa dip (I used a hot salsa)

300g jar of sour cream dip

2 cans of tuna

1 can of beans (I was out of indigenous mexican beans and substituted cannellini)

500g of short pasta

2 tbsp of parmesan

Jar of bolognaise sauce

Method

Cook pasta as per instructions. Add to big bowl with tuna, beans, pasta sauce and salsa and mix. Add to baking dish. Pour sour cream on top and sprinkle cheese over. You can add crushed tortilla chips for added crunch.
