This week’s batch recipe. The star of the show is –
• Pack of four pork chorizo burgers torn into bite size pieces.
• Can of Campbell’s Cream of Tomato soup
• Can of plum tomatoes
• 1/2 a tsp of dried thyme
• 2 cloves of garlic
• Cereal bowl of frozen mixed peppers
• Cup of frozen onions
• 2 tbsp of parmesan
• 75g of cheddar
• 500g of penne pasta
Combine all ingredients except the cheese and penne and cook in a slow cooker on high for approximately 3.5 hours.
Cook pasta as directed. Combine with slow cooker ingredients and mix. Add cheese on top. Replace lid until cheese melts. Mix through melted cheese and your done. Beautiful! Easy week night heat up dinners. I got 5 large portions from this.
