Easy delicious recipe. Great for bulk cooking or making ahead.

Ingredients

450g of beef stew meat

Cup of frozen carrots

Cup of frozen onions

Handful of fresh parsley

Handful of fresh basil

1 tbsp of chopped garlic

1 bay leaf

Pinch of red pepper flakes

2 tsp of cornflour

2 cans of plum tomatoes

1 tbsn of tomato puree

5 cups of rice

Method

Combine ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high for approximately 5 hours. Cook rice as per instructions and serve with stew.
