Pork steaks
Beaten egg
Cup of Breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Tsp of dried rosemary
Tsp of dried thyme
Tsp of dried parsley
Tsp of garlic granules
Tsp of butter
Method
Add pork to freezer bag and pound with mallet, rolling pin etc. Combine bread crumbs with herbs and spices and mix. Dip meat into egg until covered. Then dip into breadcrumbs until covered. Fry in butter until brown on a medium heat.
