I like mine as a sandwich filler. Wee twist on tuna mayo. This was enough filling for 5 sandwiches – lunches for week ahead.

Ingredients

1/4 red onion

1/4 red pepper

1/4 green pepper

1/4 yellow pepper

2 cans of tuna steak

2 tbsn of mayonnaise

Method

Chop vegetables, add to bowl with tuna and mayonnaise. Mix. Serve with salad or on a sandwich. Bootiful!
